Jerry Kugelmas

Jerry Kugelmas is a seasoned Family Law attorney with 39 years of experience in Divorce, Mediation, Separation, Family Law, and Prenuptial Agreements. Jerry Kugelmas understands the complex financial issues that are most important in these matters. He has the education, skill and experience that is necessary to achieve favorable results on the important financial issues of equitable distribution, property rights, child support and maintenance. Jerry Kugelmas began his legal career practicing family law and commercial litigation for 5 years with boutique NYC firms. For the next 34 years, he has been actively engaged in the private practice of domestic relations law. Mr. Kugelmas attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York earning his JD Degree in 1985. His undergraduate Degree is a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College of the City University of New York attained in 1981. Jerry Kugelmas has been admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York since 1986. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
