About Jesse D. Capell
Jesse Capell is an experienced trial litigator with a wealth of experience handling nursing home abuse and medical malpractice cases. Jesse's tenacious and meticulous approach has led to countless successful results for his clients. He is committed to achieving justice for the victims of neglect, abuse, and malpractice, and for their families. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Jesse was a partner at a large law firm where he primarily defended hospitals and physicians against medical malpractice lawsuits. Jesse's considerable experience as a defense attorney gives him a unique perspective on the effective prosecution of cases for victims. Jesse has tried multiple medical malpractice cases to verdict, and he has a demonstrated history of obtaining favorable results for his clients.
