Jonathan F. Banks

Jonathan is skilled in numerous practice and litigation areas, including general liability, commercial litigation and personal injury litigation. General Liability, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury Jonathan was born in Livingston, New Jersey in 1968 and attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, receiving a B.A. degree in 1990. He earned his law degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1993 and was admitted to practice law in New York in 1994. He served as Associate Counsel for Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP from 1999 to 2004. Jonathan is skilled in numerous practice and litigation areas, including general liability, commercial litigation and related commercial matters, and personal injury litigation. Jonathan was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1994, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 1998, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in 2005. Jonathan has three children, including a son who is in school at his alma mater, the State University of New York at Buffalo, an 11-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter. Jonathan’s wife is a certified yoga instructor.
