Jonathan Kolbrener

I am a trial lawyer and have litigated and tried a wide variety of civil cases in State and Federal court. My extensive trial experience allows me to accurately evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of a case, focus our pre-trial discovery to maximize its effect at trial and advise our clients of the risks and benefits presented by litigation. It also empowers our clients with the leverage to secure the best possible result, since this occurs only where counsel is able to take a case to trial. My trial experience includes cases involving co-ops, condos, homeowners associations, wills, trust, estates, guardianship, construction defects, legal malpractice, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, architectural malpractice, discrimination, product liability, construction accident, premises liability, and motor vehicle liability.
