Jonathan Trinidad Lira

Jonathan is an associate at Katz Melinger PLLC and represents clients in a variety of employment-related matters, including wage and hour violations such as failure to pay minimum wage and overtime, as well as claims for discrimination and retaliation. Along with his employment litigation practice, Jonathan also handles commercial contract disputes and assists clients with the negotiation of severance agreements. Jonathan litigates matters in both state and federal court. Jonathan is a fluent Spanish speaker. Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan served as a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and formed part of the Immigrant Rights/International Human Rights Clinic at Seton Hall University School of Law. Jonathan was also a judicial intern for the Honorable John Michael Vazquez at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
