Joshua Gohari

Joshua Gohari joined this firm in 2011 after being awarded his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School and is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey State Bars. He has helped hundreds of clients obtain Social Security Disability benefits, representing them from the inception of their case, to representation at their hearing, and appeals to Federal District Court. In addition to handling Social Security Disability cases, Mr. Gohari focuses his practice on civil service disability claims and litigation, and short term and long term disability insurance claims. He has represented clients in handling appeals of their disability pension matters to the Supreme Court and Appellate Division of New York. He has also helped clients navigate through the administrative application process for short term and long term disability benefits, and has brought suit against insurance companies in both Stated and Federal Court on denied claims. Mr. Gohari brings a great deal of enthusiasm and experience to his position. He works very closely with all of his clients, showing his compassion and displaying the highest level of professionalism. Mr. Gohari has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for the New York Metro Area since 2018.
