Kate Carballo

Ms. Carballo is a civil trial attorney admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law with honors that include; Dean’s List Award and Intercultural Human Rights Law Review Best Mentor award. In her final semester of law school, Ms. Carballo worked at State Attorney’s Office in Florida as a Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern, where she successfully prosecuted misdemeanor cases in juvenile criminal court. On August 5, 2009 Kate Carballo was admitted in the 2009-2010 edition of the Cambridge “Who’s Who” registry of executives, professionals and entrepreneurs. She is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ms. Carballo specializes in personal injury and class action litigation. She is also fluent in Russian and proficient in Spanish languages.
