About Kimberly K. Redmond
Kim Redmond began her legal career as a clerk in the NYS Appellate Division, Third Department. Thereafter, she was an associate at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon in Manhattan, and then Deputy General Counsel at Kin Properties, Inc., a privately-held, national real estate company, which owns and manages over 900 commercial properties consisting of over 30,000,000 square feet of retail, office, industrial and warehouse space. Ms. Redmond is a founding member of the firm, and has extensive experience in closing a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leases, sale-leasebacks, financings, future interests and tax-deferred exchanges.
