Koren Blair

For more than three decades, my practice has been in commercial real estate and finance, and I have extensive experience in debt and equity investment in real estate across a range of asset classes – commercial, residential, hotel, industrial, retail, office, resort, and mixed-use properties. I advise financial institutions, insurance companies, funds, developers, and non-institutional lenders, owners and investors in their real estate, capital markets and securitization activities, loan originations, acquisitions and sales, structured finance transactions, purchases and sales of mortgage and mezzanine loans, co-lender and participation interests, syndicated loan interests, conduit loans, construction lending, ground lease and development projects, joint ventures, workouts, restructurings, foreclosures and related enforcement matters relative to distressed assets. I received my undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Virginia and J.D. from Emory University. Prior to joining Rich Michaelson Magaliff, LLP, I have been a partner at several large international law firms.
