Lee J. Odierno

Lee J. Odierno was born in Melville, Long Island in 1977. He obtained a Bachelor Arts Degree in Military History from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2000. In 2003, Lee graduated from New York Law School and was subsequently admitted to practice in the State of New York. After admission, Lee joined The Odierno Law Firm, P.C.'s no-fault Litigation department. Lee has conducted thousands of successful no-fault trials in all major areas of no-fault litigation including post denial treatment, peer review denials, coverage issues, partial payments, EUO denials and provider fraud. He is the managing attorney in the no-fault department and is responsible for all legal aspects of the no-fault department, from client acquisition and retention to motion practice to trial strategy. Lee is also responsible for allocating all resources and manpower within the department in furtherance of the legal strategy.
