
About Lorenzo Rovini Esq.
Lorenzo is an associate attorney duly licensed to practice law in both Italy and New York. In this capacity, he adeptly handles a diverse array of real estate and commercial disputes within local, state, and federal courts, engaging with matters at both the trial and appellate levels. Lorenzo's expertise extends beyond litigation; he is proficient in drafting and reviewing mergers and acquisitions agreements and provides comprehensive legal counsel on business formation, startups, and the establishment of homeowners' associations (HOAs). Possessing substantial experience in the negotiation, drafting, and review of residential and commercial real estate contracts of sale and associated riders, Lorenzo also plays an active role in closing transactions.
