Lynn A Piscopo

Lynn A. Piscopo focuses her practice on business law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, zoning and land use, banking and settlements, business formations, buying and selling a business, estates and probate, landlord/tenant law, municipal law, and 1031 exchanges. With an estimated two decades of extensive experience in commercial transactions, commercial real estate and development, and residential real estate, Lynn's broad legal background includes working with a wide variety of business organizations, lending institutions, and individuals. Admitted to the New York State Bar, Lynn is a graduate of Marist College and Pace University School of Law. Prior to joining BSF&B, Lynn ran her own law firm for over a decade as a sole practitioner specializing in commercial and residential real estate. She previously served as an Associate Attorney at other notable firms in Orange and Dutchess counties. Lynn is currently an adjunct professor at Marist College, where she has taught in the paralegal department for nearly two decades. Lynn has also served as a visiting associate professor of Business Law at Marist College and as an adjunct professor at SUNY New Paltz. A resident of Highland, NY, Lynn served as a board member of the Orange County Rural Development Advisory Corp for 10 years.
