Malak Shalabi is an immigration lawyer with broad experience in family and humanitarian based immigration matters, including asylum, TPS, humanitarian parole, reinstatement and adjustment of status, and citizenship applications. Malak has comprehensive experience preparing cases and clients for USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings. Malak earned her JD from the University of Washington School of Law as a FLAS fellow with an area studies focus in global affairs. She completed her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Law, Economics, and Public Policy at the University of Washington. Malak is an award-winning human rights researcher and has worked with refugees in the US and abroad for more than ten years.
