Marcie L. Waterman

MARCIE L. WATERMAN, admitted to practice law in the State of New York, was, in 1992, one of the original founders of what is today Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. alongside partners at that time Jeremy Deutsch, David Tane and Stewart Wurtzel. Marcie attended Hunter College of the City University of New York (where she earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree) and obtained her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. Marcie has been practicing law for over forty years. Prior to 1992, Marcie was an associate with the law firm of Gallet Dreyer & Berkey, LLP. Ms. Waterman specializes in real estate and corporate law with an emphasis on the representation of cooperative corporations and condominium associations and individuals with related business. Ms. Waterman is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Dutchess County Bar Association. Marcie has been consulted by and quoted in numerous publications including The New York Times, Habitat Magazine, and CooperatorNews New York on a variety of real estate related matters.
