Marjorie C. Fruscione

Marjorie C. Fruscione is a graduate of William Woods University. She began in the workers’ compensation field in 1994, and has practiced before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board as a Licensed Claimant’s Representative since 1997. Marjorie's entire legal career has been dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured workers throughout Western New York, from the northern reaches of Niagara County to the southern sections of Erie County. Her strong understanding of the area's work force compliments Marjorie's extensive knowledge of the compensation law, as she continually focuses on maximizing injured workers' benefits.
