My focus is on achieving optimal outcomes, protecting my clients' careers, and mitigating potential drawbacks. My passion for representing plaintiffs in employment discrimination cases stems from a deep-seated belief in the inherent dignity and worth of every individual. I'm driven by the desire to create a workplace environment where all employees feel safe, valued, and respected. By holding employers accountable for their discriminatory actions, I aim to not only seek justice for my clients but also to dismantle systemic biases that perpetuate inequality. My ultimate goal is to make my job obsolete by fostering a world where discrimination is a relic of the past, and everyone can thrive authentically, free from the constraints of prejudice.
