Mary L. Grieco

As an intellectual property attorney at Olshan, Mary L. Grieco focuses on assisting clients with the development, management and protection of their brands. Mary manages domestic and international trademark portfolios of all sizes on behalf of her clients, and handles trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings in the United States and throughout the world. Her clients span a broad range of industries, including fashion, cosmetics, entertainment, financial services, food, restaurant, and general consumer goods. Mary has broad experience counseling clients in the use of new technology, and in avoiding and resolving conflicts involving keyword advertising, domain names, cybersquatting, web-based content, and other Internet-related issues. She represents both the sellers and purchasers of intellectual property rights, and routinely negotiates and prepares all types of intellectual property agreements, including license, distribution, manufacturing, domain name transfer and other website agreements. She also advises clients regarding general business matters, particularly as they pertain to intellectual property.
