Mary Pat Burke

Mary Pat graduated from the State University of New York, University Center at Binghamton in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature/Rhetoric. She then attended the Albany Law School of Union University and received her law degree in 1989. Mary Pat was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey in 1989, and in the State of New York in 1990. Mary Pat joined the Firm in July 2005. Prior to that Mary Pat practiced for many years at O’Connor, McGuiness, Conte, Doyle & Oleson and for Frontier Insurance Company concentrating primarily in the field of medical malpractice defense of physicians, hospitals and nursing homes. Mary Pat has also extensive experience in general liability defense including motor vehicle, premises liability and muncipal liability.
