Matthew G. Jubelt, is Of Counsel at Newman & Lickstein, practicing commercial and business litigation. Matthew’s trial experience includes years as both a federal prosecutor and defense counsel advocating in both bench and jury trials in cases of both white-collar financial and violent crimes. Matthew’s influence in the courtroom extends beyond his immediate casework. His pre-trial motions practice in the trial of United States v. Wolpert, was affirmed after interlocutory appeal, and was recognized by military law practitioners as a catalyst for statutory changes to personal jurisdiction under Article Two of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
