Matt Martin is a Trial Attorney at Rutberg Breslow Injury Law, where he focuses his practice on representing individuals and families impacted by severe and catastrophic injuries. He brings a disciplined, client-centered approach to litigation and a deep commitment to securing meaningful results for those harmed by negligence. Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2013 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2018. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York. From the outset of his legal career, Matt has worked extensively on complex personal injury matters involving serious and life-altering harm. He approaches each case with careful preparation, strategic focus, and a strong appreciation for the profound impact injuries can have on clients and their families. Known for his thoughtful advocacy and steady courtroom presence, Matt is dedicated to guiding clients through challenging circumstances while pursuing the full and fair compensation they deserve. A Hudson Valley native, Matt takes particular pride in serving the communities that shaped him.
