Michael A. Mainetti

Michael A. Mainett, Esq. Born in Kingston, New York Michael Mainetti has been an associate with the law firm Mainetti, Mainetti & O'Connor, P.C. since 2010. Michael attended Ithaca College, where he played on the football team, was the founder of multiple athletic clubs and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2005. After interning for two years at the law firm of Mainetti, Mainetti & O'Connor, Michael attended Albany Law School in 2007 and graduated in 2010. Michael was introduced to the law through his father, Senior Partner Alfred B. Mainetti. Michael has worked at the firm since his high school years, doing everything from filing and answering phones to transporting clients and serving process. In his college years, Michael and his younger brother Alexander Mainetti formed and ran a process service business, Mainetti Process Service, which now serves process for law firms in New York State and across the country. Michael is excited to practice law in the area where he was born and raised and looks forward to giving back to his local community.
