Michael Joseph is Of Counsel to the Law Office of Kevin A. Pollock LLC. Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in personal injury cases and civil litigation. With a solid background in trial, litigation, and appellate work, he practices before the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Westchester Bar Association. Mr. Joseph is a highly experienced trial lawyer. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients at trial, on appeal, at arbitrations, editions and administrative hearings.
