Mitchell B. Levine Esq.

Mitchell B. Levine is a trial attorney, both in New York as well as New Jersey, since 1992. He received his B.S. from Trenton State College (now known as The College of New Jersey) and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Bridgeport School of Law. Mr. Levine is also licensed to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of the New York Federal Courts, the Federal District Courts in New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Levine's practice encompasses two distinct fields of law: the defense of personal injury/ general liability claims and commercial/business litigation. He most recently served as Counsel to the country's second largest cleaning and maintenance contractor defending, coordinating and overseeing the defense of personal injury lawsuits in 19 states, as well as prosecuting and defending commercial lawsuits involving the company. Further, Mr. Levine drafted many of the company's current indemnity and insurance provisions in order to reduce, shift or eliminate its legal exposure. Mr. Levine has extensive experience in the defense of premises and auto liability claims for several insurance carriers, third party administrators and self-insured entities. He has appeared in Court in every venue - both State and Federal - in the New York Metropolitan area successfully arguing cases before both the New York and New Jersey Appellate Courts. Mr. Levine is the author of an article that was published in the New Jersey Law Journal on civil procedure.
