Nicole D. Grunfeld

Nicole is a partner at Katz Melinger PLLC, where she focuses her practice on employment and labor law. Since 2005, she has represented clients in the NYC metropolitan area in all manner of employment cases, including claims for employment discrimination, retaliation, and violations of wage and hour laws. She appears regularly in state and federal court, arbitrations, mediations, and agency proceedings. Nicole also advises clients and assists them in negotiating the terms of employment agreements and separation packages. Nicole previously served as vice president of the board of the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York, as an active member of the Judicial Nomination Taskforce and the Gender Discrimination Committee.
