I specialize in collections and subrogation work. I am admitted 42 years, and have had my own practice since 1992. I belong to the Commercial Law League, New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations. I also practice insurance subrogation work, and I am a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. My percentage fees are competitive and strictly contingent. I am very cost conscious, bringing cases in the lowest cost courts whenever possible. I regularly appear in all courts throughout New York City and Long Island, as well as the attached list of counties, which are north of New York City. Although most of my work is in this region, I also forward claims against debtors in other states to lawyers who work on similar fee arrangements. I therefore handle matters against debtors located throughout the United States from the initial demand stage. We perform all post-judgment enforcement work. We also specialize in locating assets, and in post-judgment fraudulent conveyance actions.
