
About Philip S. Bousquet
Phil is a member of the firm and serves on its Board of Managers. In addition to handling a broad range of business matters, his practice concentrates in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisitions and sales of closely held businesses, economic development, and tax planning and advocacy. Phil's experience includes helping clients understand the impact of New York's Brownfield Cleanup Program legislation on several development projects around New York State. He has lectured on the tax aspects of this legislation throughout New York on behalf of many groups, including the Environmental Business Association (EBA), the New York State Bar Association, the Practicing Law Institute, and local municipalities and associations. Phil advises clients regarding the structure, formation, and financing of business entities, and has worked extensively on Empire Zones matters.
