Pierinna M. Servat Esq.

Pierinna M. Servat, Esq. first joined Bragoli & Associates in 2022, and is an Associate Attorney. Ms. Servat represents clients that have been injured in automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, trip and fall accidents, and general negligence claims. Ms. Servat received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2017. During her time in law school, she was a member of the Hofstra Mock Trial Team and participated in the Asylum Clinic and the Prosecution Practicum. Ms. Servat was admitted to the practice law in New York in 2018. Ms. Servat brings several years of courtroom experience from the Nassau County District Attorney's Office where she served in the County Court Trial Bureau, the Warrant Investigations division, as well as District Court Trial Bureau since 2017. Ms. Servat is an experienced litigator with extensive courtroom knowledge having conducted dozens of pre-trial hearings and prosecuted over 12 jury and bench trials.
