Rebecca C. Nunberg

Rebecca Nunberg is a business and transactional attorney with a focus on corporate structuring, acquisitions, and financings. Rebecca works with companies in a wide business spectrum with particular considerable experience in the film, television and digital media industries. In addition to corporate structuring and extraordinary transactions, Rebecca assists companies with routine and sophisticated operational transactions including Licensing Agreements, Promotion and Marketing Agreements, Production and Distribution Agreements, and Digital Agreements: Website and App Design; Digital Sales; Editorial Content. In Rebecca's over thirty years of experience, she has represented businesses of all sizes, including large corporations and early-stage ventures.
