Rich Miller is Of Counsel to Weinstein and Randisi, providing our client with excellent legal representation in the areas of personal injury, insurance defense litigation, commercial law and commercial litigation, estate planning and estate litigation, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. Rich graduated from St. Lawrence University cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Alpha Theta, and Omicron Delta Epsilon. He received his law degree from the Albany Law School of Union University. An experienced attorney, he is a member of several bar associations and is admitted to practice in New York State courts and in the Western District federal court.
