I have practiced law for over 35 years, all with the same firm. While my skill set, resources, and competence have sharpened, my energy, compassion for clients, and humility have not diminished. I am known to be civil and reasonable, yet highly aggressive and relentless in pursuit of favorable results. On the personal side, I am a “soft touch” as evidenced by my strong family orientation (adoring my wife of 25+ years and 2 kids of college age), my affinity for dogs (including 2 rat terriers currently) and my vegetarianism (feeling no sacrifice as I enjoy my gourmet quality food immensely). However, not inconsistently, I am a “fighter”, as I love to actively participate in sports and any other contests presented, engaging to win with the same fierce competitive edge as I operate with in my law practice.
