Scott J. Bottoni

Scott J. Bottoni is a graduate of Saint Bonaventure University. He practiced before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board for 31 years and recently retired from formal, active practice in August of 2019. Scott continues to serve in a legal and administrative role for Sawers and Sackel. His far reaching background into all aspects of the law and the practice, from both a defense and claimant's perspective, provides an ongoing, invaluable tool to the firm in accomplishing their daily mission of providing hard working Western New Yorkers with a knowledgeable and skillful workers' compensation legal team.
