Sean M. Spencer

Sean M. Spencer graduated from Trinity College with a double major in History and English in 1999. He is a 2006 graduate of the University Of Dayton School Of Law where he was a member of the Thomas Moore Society. Mr. Spencer worked for the 6th and 2nd Circuit Federal Defenders’ Offices while attending law school. He also previously worked as a securities block trader for Metropolitan Life Securities in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Spencer is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Western District of New York. He is responsible for civil litigation including insurance defense, automobile negligence, personal injury, products liability, and appeals. In addition to his work at Hagelin Spencer LLC’s office in Buffalo, Mr. Spencer also is the managing partner of our Garden City office, handling matters in New York City and Long Island.
