Shane Duffy

Shane Duffy is an associate attorney at Fersch LLC. Shane was virtually admitted to the New York State Bar in June 2020. Shane earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Mercy College, where he graduated with honors. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Shane is also a proud member of The New York State Women’s Bar Association. At Fersch LLC, Shane works with the other attorneys in drafting motions, conducting legal research and preparing for trials and depositions. Shane began working at Fersch LLC in May 2017, when he was hired as a student intern. Shane continued to work at Fersch LLC throughout his law school career, balancing a full-time course schedule and busy work schedule while achieving academic success. Since graduating from New York Law School in May of 2019 Shane has provided direct support to partners at Fersch LLC resolving custody disputes, international child custody issues, child support issues, visitation issues and equitable distribution issues.
