STEPHEN G. LEVY, JD, CELA is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He limits his practice to the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Long Term Care Planning, Medicaid Planning & Applications and Guardianship proceedings. Mr. Levy is a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the Elder Law and Trusts and Estate sections of the New York State Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and was selected as a top rated Elder Law attorney in Albany, NY, by Super Lawyers in 2011 and 2020-2022. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ohav Shalom Senior Apartments and is a past member of the Board of Trustees of Jewish Family Services of Northeastern New York (JFS), where he served as the chairman JFS’ senior services committee. A graduate of Oberlin College and Albany Law School, Mr. Levy was admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York in 1994.
