Tara J. Davis

Tara Novack is a litigation attorney with a focus on civil rights and college disciplinary matters. Her practice includes general litigation, civil rights, college disciplinary matters, state trial practice, landlord/tenant and contractual disputes. Ms. Novack was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She received her B.A. from the George Washington University where she graduated magna cum laude, and her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. She was admitted to practice in New York in 2010. As a result of her experience both in house and in the private sector, she brings a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the entire litigation process in both state and federal courts.
