Terry Kirwan

Terry litigates complex commercial & banking issues, labor & employment law, personal injury, and zoning and real property issues. He represents businesses in all facets of their formation, operation, disputes, and sale. He also represents municipalities in a variety of matters, including zoning matters and the defense of Article 78 proceedings. He has argued at both the trial and appellate levels of state and federal courts, including the New York Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit. Terry has also successfully represented many clients in personal injury matters, including actions involving automobile liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death. His clients include individuals and businesses of all sizes, including leading New York State companies.
