Thomas P. Markovitz

Thomas P. Markovits is a partner at Mirman, Markovits & Landau, P.C., located in downtown Manhattan. Mr. Markovits focuses his practice on personal injury law and serves clients throughout the New York City metropolitan area, Long Island and Westchester counties. He represents those New Yorkers that have sustained injuries as a result of some else's fault or lost a loved one due to a catastrophic injury. Mr. Markovits has more than 35 years of experience litigating and settling personal injury cases, with some of New York's highest recoveries. He handles a variety of personal injury matters, including those involving car and truck accidents, construction accidents, trip and falls, and medical malpractice. Mr. Markovits uses his many years of experience to provide personalized service and dedicated representation to each client he serves. He understands the devastating impact an accident or catastrophic injury can have on an individual's life and works tirelessly to ensure his clients receive adequate compensation for their injuries. After earning his law degree from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Mr. Markovits obtained his license to practice law in New York. He holds an active law license in New York, New Jersey and Washington, D.C., and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
