Tzvi Saperstein is a Founding Partner of the law firm, Salem, Shor & Saperstein, LLP. His areas of practice include: Medicaid, Trusts and Estates, and Guardianships. Mr. Saperstein focuses his practice in Nassau County, and all Five Boroughs of New York. Mr. Saperstein received his undergraduate Degree from Brooklyn College, his law degree from the Touro Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar. Mr. Saperstein is an active member of the New York State Bar Associations and of the Nassau County Bar Association. Mr. Saperstein has extensively lectured on his areas of practice on behalf of many organizations and including, but not limited to, the Jewish Guild for the Blind, OHEL, Emunah Women of America and the Orthodox Union. Tzvi Saperstein, Esq. is committed to representing the elderly and disabled along with their families with legal counsel in the areas of Medicaid, Trusts, and Estates and Guardianship.
