Walter F. Ciacci

In his 38-plus years as a New York state attorney, Walter F. Ciacci has served over a thousand clients. He has extensive experience in negotiating and litigating personal injury cases. Walter has argued cases on the state and federal level, as well as appeals. Walter graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1982. He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and all state courts in New York. In addition to personal injury cases, Mr. Ciacci has handled matters including breach of contract, commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, and corporate transactions.
