William E. Duquette Jr.

William "Bill" Duquette focuses his practice on business law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, zoning and land use, banking and settlements, business formations, buying a business, and 1031 exchanges. With over 25 years of legal experience, Bill is highly skillful in drafting and negotiating leases, purchase contracts, and sale contracts, as well as reviewing title reports, surveys, and due diligence inspection reports, and clearing title objections. Bill has drafted and negotiated conservation easements with local municipalities and Scenic Hudson. A graduate of American International College and Brooklyn Law School, Bill is admitted to both the New York State Bar and Massachusetts Bar. He previously served as an Associate General Counsel with the Jehovah's Witnesses Office of General Counsel in Patterson, N.Y. Bill is a member of the New York State and Massachusetts Bar Associations, Orange County Bar Association, Women's Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties, and the New York State Bar Association's Real Property Law Section Committee of Condominiums and Cooperatives. Bill and his wife, Andrea, currently reside in Pine Bush, where he serves as a board member of the Pine Bush Area Chamber of Commerce.
