Benjamin “Stokes” Lassiter

Attorney Benjamin “Stokes” Lassiter is an advocate for the injured. Before joining the Ricci Law Firm, Stokes practiced on behalf of insurance companies. Stokes leverages his prior experience to obtain fight for maximum compensation for his clients. Stokes obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina in 2017, where he studied journalism and media. Thereafter, Stokes worked at an advertising agency before returning to UNC for law school in 2018. In his free time, Stokes enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dog (Leo). His hobbies include playing tennis, going to the beach, and watching sports (he is particularly fond of the Carolina Panthers, UNC Tar Heels, and New York Yankees). Stokes is originally from Greenville and is happy to be back home representing the community that raised him.
