Charles Thomas Biggs

Mr. Biggs received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University (1959) and subsequently graduated from its School of Law (1962). A Durham native and life-long Durham resident, Mr. Biggs has concentrated his law practice for a period of more than forty years in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law. His extensive knowledge of the Durham community, its history, the design of building structures, and the topography of land makes Mr. Biggs uniquely qualified to represent home buyers, builders, developers, and lenders in connection with all types of real estate transactions.
