Colleen N. Shea

Colleen Shea is a Partner in the Wilmington, North Carolina office of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP. She practices in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Transportation and Trucking Defense, and General Liability Litigation. Colleen represents hospitals, physicians, nursing homes and other health care providers in tort actions as well as before governmental agencies. She also aggressively defends trucking and commercial transportation clients often advising these clients in pre-litigation accident investigation and reconstruction. She has extensive trial experience throughout the various counties in North Carolina.
