Devin Trapp

Devin Trapp concentrates her practice as an attorney in the areas of family and civil law. Devin graduated from a State University of New York in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she was recognized for her commitment to public service. Devin was honored with the Clinician of the Year award for her exceptional dedication to supporting clients. She also served as the Research Editor for her law school’s journal. During her legal studies, Devin gained valuable experience in litigation, client advocacy, and legal writing, working with federal defenders, public interest organizations, and law clinics. Devin takes a client-centered approach to her practice, ensuring that each client receives tailored attention and strong advocacy. Licensed to practice in North Carolina, she brings determination, and a problem-solving mindset to every case, working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes. Outside the office, Devin is actively involved in statewide educational justice efforts, advocating for equitable access to education. When she’s not working, she enjoys practicing yoga, and soaking up the Wilmington sunshine.
