Jeremy L. McKinney

Jeremy McKinney is the current AILA Second Vice President and a NC Board Certified Immigration Law Specialist with offices in Greensboro and Wilmington, North Carolina. Previously, he was an Elected Director on AILA's Board of Governors, Chair of AILA's EOIR and ICE Liaison Committees, Chair of Membership and Carolinas Chapter Chair. Jeremy also served as an Adjunct Professor at Elon U. Law School and a member of the NC State Bar's Specialization Committee. He graduated from Va. Commonwealth U. in 1993 and later received his J.D. from Campbell U. Law School in 1996. Jeremy is military veteran, and a former Army JAG officer in the NC Army National Guard, who in 2003 was deployed to Jordan in connection with the Iraq War.
