Jeremy S. Foster

Jeremy S. Foster joined Dean & Gibson, PLLC in 2008. Originally from Virginia, Jeremy graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Arts in English. After graduation, he worked for several years in the insurance industry before attending the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. With an emphasis on defending against claims for personal injury and property damage, Jeremy represents clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability and construction defects. He has tried cases in District and Superior Court throughout North Carolina. Jeremy’s practice also includes litigating matters in the Federal District Courts of North Carolina as well as the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. Jeremy designates a significant portion of his practice to handling insurance coverage disputes. He provides coverage opinions to insurance carriers regarding personal and commercial lines of insurance and has successfully defended and prosecuted actions for declaratory relief on behalf of insurance carriers in the State and Federal Courts of North Carolina.
