Lauren Hoivik

Lauren Hoivik is an associate attorney at Ricci Law Firm Injury Lawyers, where she represents clients in personal injury cases. With a relentless commitment to justice, she ensures her clients are respected, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. Lauren brings unique insight into trucking and commercial vehicle cases, leveraging over a decade of leadership experience in the transportation industry. She has held senior roles for national trucking companies, where she led compliance and safety programs, worked closely with federal and state regulators, and trained commercial drivers. Lauren combines her legal training with insider industry knowledge to hold negligent corporations accountable. A North Carolina native, Lauren earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she attended the evening program while working full-time. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution and Logistics from East Carolina University and earned her Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) through the North Carolina Truck Driver Training School at Johnston Community College. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
