Max Rodden

Max is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. His accolades include being listed among North Carolina Super Lawyers and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite. Max earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Wake Forest University and received his law degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law, making him a proud Double Deacon. He represents clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, separation agreements, child custody and support, and alienation of affection. Max has participated in numerous trials, mediations, and arbitrations in family law as well other types of civil litigation.
