Megan E. Spidell

Megan has practiced family law in the Triad for over ten years. In 2019, Megan made the decision to open her own firm practicing family law, criminal law and estate planning in Greensboro- and Spidell Family Law began. Attorney Spidell grew up in Salisbury, North Carolina, where most of her family still resides. She is a graduate of Catawba College and Elon University School of Law. Since graduating law school, Megan has dedicated much of her practice to family law- focusing on separation, custody, adoption, divorce, and financial issues. Ms. Spidell has been honored as the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100, Super Lawyers Rising Star, Super Lawyers, North Carolina Legal Elite and AVVO Client's Choice Award. Megan is a member of the Greensboro Bar Association and sits on the Foster Family Alliance of North Carolina's board of directors. Megan resides in Greensboro with her family. Ms. Spidell is licensed in North Carolina, where she practices regularly in District and Superior Courts in numerous local counties.
