Neal Stanifer

Attorney Stanifer is licensed in the State of North Carolina and the State of Tennessee. Since beginning his law practice in 2013 he has represented hundreds of individuals throughout Western North Carolina and East Tennessee. Attorney Stanifer attended law school after he graduated, cum laude, from Appalachian State University in 2010. During law school he was a member of both, the Trial Advocacy Team and the Moot Court Honor Team. He received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy and was a semi-finalist at the John J. Gibbons Moot Court Criminal Procedure Moot Competition at Seton Hall Law School in 2012. Attorney Stanifer has extensive litigation experience with a particular focus on criminal defense, personal injury, and landlord/tenant matters throughout Western North Carolina and East Tennessee.
